In 1996, she stepped down from the position of Regional Training Manager for AT&T, Asia Pacific, Inc., to establish her own consulting firm, Performance Dynamics International, a company specializing in: sales training and development; executive coaching; executive presentations; strategic development as well as leadership and curriculum development.
