Catherine Webb Williams

CEO

Prior to joining The FSH Group as CEO she was the Owner/Operator of Webb and Associates, a consulting group that provides strategy/leadership development to top companies at critical business junctures. A few major projects included: working with the global leadership during the merger of Avaya and Nortel, a growth strategies for Wal-Mart presentation, and facilitation of off site meeting for AT&T.

Prior to owning her own consulting firm, she worked in the international business community out of New York City reporting to Headquarters in Zurich as Senior Vice President of International Strategy for Adecco, the world’s largest Global Human Capital Solutions Company representing 18 Billion in annual revenues. She was appointed by the CEO to drive a global cross-selling strategic sales initiative designed to grow top global accounts, each of these key customers represented approximately 100 million dollars in sales and were active in over 35 countries worldwide. She worked with the Global CSO in Zurich and the US CEO in New York to develop strategies to develop branding and innovation to a Global platform, delivering a 35% increase.

Before joining Adecco, Catherine spent six years in New York City as Vice President of Lee Hecht Harrison, a division of Adecco, where she consistently achieved “President’s Leadership Circle” status and was a main contributor to this office producing 20% of the company’s revenue. Prior to LHH, Catherine served in Atlanta as the East Coast Regional Manager for General Electric’s (GE) Plastics, Consumer Products, where she led her sales team to doubling the regions growth every year for four straight years. General Electric awarded her with “Most Valuable Player” and “Region of the Year.” In the beginning of her career Gillette’s Parker Pen Division benefited from a 40% increase in sales during her tenure.

Catherine has 25 years of Sales/Marketing success. She is readily recognized for her passion for excellence, empathy in strategic problem solving, energy and integrity. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a BA in Speech Communications; and completed General Electric’s school for Business Leaders.

Catherine has served as a dynamic featured speaker for internal and external events. On topics ranging from The Art of Negotiation, Getting to the Decision Maker, Character Based Leadership, Maximizing Human Capital, Facilitating Strategic Planning, and Conflict Resolution through Role Clarity.
